SHIPPING 

We provide flexible shipping rates from our warehouses in China by YUN Express, Fedex or DHL.

Handling time: All in-stock items will be shipped next day or within 2 Business days (Mon-Sat) with cut off from 2pm GMT+08:00 China Standard Time.

Pre-order or not in stock items must first be delivered to us for inspection and final shipping preparation. Once inspection is finished, the same handling time as in-stock items will apply.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

United States: All Shipping custom fees and taxes are included in our Shipping service. Some local state taxes may apply, and will be shown at checkout. 

US Shipping Times:

• Standard International Shipping is 7-15 business days. (Mon - Fri)- $7.99 USD
•  Free International Shipping is 7-15 business days. (Mon - Fri) - Free orders over $150 USD
• Express Shipping is 6-9 business days. (Mon - Fri) - $30 USD

European Union Countries:  Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden

DDP duties and taxes are paid with the shipping. VAT cannot be claimed back on DDP services. Check out price is final with no hidden import costs.

EU Shipping times:

• DDP Standard International Shipping is 7 - 15 business days. (Mon - Fri) - €6.99
• Free DDP International Shipping is 7 - 15 business days. (Mon - Fri) - Free orders over €60
• DDP Express Shipping is 6-9 business days. (Mon - Fri) - €25

Rates are charged in USD and converted on the website to local currency.

Deliveries are always, with tax and duties paid unless otherwise stated. Our goal is to have no hidden charges and if some fees are not able to be paid by us, we will let you know directly before shipping.

Non Listed Countries: If your country is not listed, please contact us. The country might not be able to receive pre paid tax packages.

If we are not able to pay the customs or taxes in advance, you may need to contact your local customs office in your country before ordering. We are not responsible and can not estimate the costs for you. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. The customs office will contact you via the information given at check out. Please make sure the information given is accurate. If goods are returned to us the cost involved will be taken out of any refund given.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is prepared for shipping. On rare occasions sometimes shipping tracking will not be available.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Returns are permitted according to our return policy. All returns must go to the warehouse of origin. Costs for return is covered by the customer.
