30 Day Returns

We offer full refund and/or exchange within 30 days after receiving your purchase. Shipping and duties paid by customer. Damaged goods need to be reported immediately when fault is found.

New condition only! If the product has been used or fitted to a bike, it will not be accepted for full refund. If the product has been removed and/or damaged the original packaging it will not be accepted for full refund.

We advise and insist to provide pictures for proof that the products are in new (re-sellable) condition, before returning the products back to our warehouse.

If you find any issues with your product after the 30 days period, you might be eligible for warranty claim. Please see our warranty page for details.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refund timing depends on the payment method used:

  • Credit/debit cards: Typically 5–10 business days to appear on the customer's statement, though some banks process faster
  • Shop Pay / accelerated checkouts: Usually 5–10 business days as well, since they're backed by the original card
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Gift cards or store credit: Instant

The refund is usually processed on Shopify's end within 1–2 business days, and the remaining time is up to the customer's bank. If it's been more than 10 business days, the customer should contact their bank directly.

Return shipping, duties and fees

All cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Any taxes or duties paid by Lewistech to receive the brakes will be deducted from the refund total.

There is also a Warehouse restocking fee 3% or Max $15 USD of the total value of the items being returned.

Refunds need a maximum time of 5 days processing time, from the date of arrival at our warehouse. Refund payments will be made through the original payment method of that order, this cannot be changed.

How to apply for refund or exchange

  1. Make sure you are aware of the terms listed in this page.
  2. Go to our support page and give details of refund or exchange you wish to have.
    3. You will be contacted within 48 hours.
  3. You will be asked to prove the condition of your product. Send pictures showing condition of the product and packaging.
  4. Once agreed, you will be given a return address or automated system return email. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any taxes or duties paid by Lewistech to receive the brakes will be deducted from the refund total. Please check with your courier before sending the package.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email, to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  6. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  7. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
  8. If not approved, you have the option of getting the product back (shipping paid by customer), partial refund (must be agreed with agent) or discard the product.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
