Experience the peace of mind that comes with our standard 3-year warranty policy. We stand by the quality and durability of our products. All Lewis products are eligible for warranty under the following terms.

Terms and conditions

What is considered as a warranty claim.

Mechanical failures under normal intended use. Caused by errors in manufacturing or caused by early wear and tear of individual components. Mechanical items include lever body, lever, fixings, bolts, caliper, pistons and hoses.

What is NOT considered as a warranty claim.

Any failure or damage caused by an accident, crash or mistreatment of our product, as not intended usage.

Normal servicing parts for example; bearings and oil seals.

How to apply for a warranty claim.

Be aware of the terms listed in this page. Make sure you have the original purchase invoice with date, customer name and order number. (Only original owners are eligible for warranty)

Fill out the claim form. Be sure to explain the problem in detail & supply us with clear visual evidence.

We will contact you within 48 hours.

If not accepted, we will give a clear reason why. We will give you a solution or alternative method.

If accepted, according to the issue or fault, we will determine whether we send you a replacement part/s or complete new brake system.

Crash damage or replacement parts

Crash damage is not covered in the warranty, however we might still be able to help you repair your product. Please feel free to reach out to us explaining the issue in detail. If spare parts are available, we will explain how to purchase them.
